Nice, helpful staff, a nice variety of mugs and bottles of flavored syrup available, nice size store. I can't give them 5 stars because, like the rest of the Starbucks in Western New York State, they don't have Bistro Boxes, which totally stinks and needs to change. If they can have them in Erie, PA, they can have them in the 716. I'm just saying is all.

Had a hard time with my order the first time. On the refill they messed it up even worse.

Racist..The manager of the store, a short-white woman, is really racist. Tonight, I was sitting and waiting for a friend to come. She came to me asked me to leave because I stayed over 30 minutes without ordering. I asked her to provide me the policy and she refused. She called the police. This place is racist and I am definitely having the complain number and will never let it go for this way. I will also report it to the corporation of Starbucks and will make sure every proper and legal steps to be taken (Including suing them). Please, don't ever go to this racist place.

Usually VERY awesome with amazing customer service....However, today I sit I my car until 5:55...AM....AND they continue to tell us that they are not open yet...And keep the door locked. I feel they should have opened the door and allowed us inside to wait. It's now 5 :59...Lights just went on. An hour late??? Come on girls.

Nice cozy fireplace. Quiet atmosphere buy still felt comfortable chatting with friends. Carolers even stopped by!

"Treated Poorly" I always say Good Morning, Please, Thank You and try to treat people with kindness and respect. I am a regular customer and go to this Starbucks 2-3 times per day, and with the Corporate Gift cards that I buy I spend about $5000 per year at this store. Today the shift supervisor Chastised me for how I order my drink! REALY? I was told that's not how Corporate wants it..... If she was so concerned about how corporate wants things done she might want to attend to the garbage billowing out of the garbage cans, clean up the garbage floating around the outside seating areas wipe up the tables and chairs and just spend a little of her energy cleaning, and a little less energy offending good customers. Does Corporate ever have meetings and convey the Idea of how their employees can foster and grow business?

The employees always take the time to get to know you, especially if you're a regular. The menu is fantastic and the wait time is never too bad. The outside patio is right off a beautiful Main St. and watching cars go by and enjoying a beautiful morning there is something I would definitely recommend.
